Refund, Cancellation, and Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Crescent Dermatology Association is committed to providing high-quality educational and professional services to the dermatology community. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.

1. Event Registration

  • Cancellations: Requests for event registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to admin@crescentderm.org at least 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Refunds: Full refunds (minus any applicable processing fees) will be issued for timely cancellations. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.

  • No Shows: Registrants who do not attend an event and do not cancel in advance are not eligible for a refund.

2. Membership Dues

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated, except in cases of duplicate payment or administrative error.

3. Donations

  • All donations to Crescent Dermatology Association are considered non-refundable, unless a technical error occurred during the transaction. If you believe there was a payment issue, please contact us within 10 business days of the transaction.

4. Digital Products or Educational Materials

  • Refunds will not be issued for downloadable or digital educational content unless the product is defective or inaccessible. Please report any issues within 7 days of purchase.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original method of payment.

 

Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Fulfillment Policy describes how Crescent Dermatology Association delivers its services and goods to users and members.

1. Membership Services

  • Upon approval of payment, membership access (e.g., portal login, newsletters, member benefits) will be activated within 48–72 hours.

  • Members will receive confirmation by email and instructions for logging into the member portal.

2. Event Registration

  • After registering for an event (online or in-person), participants will receive a confirmation email with event details within 24 hours.

  • Access credentials for virtual events (if applicable) will be sent at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Physical events may also include name badge pickup and check-in instructions at the venue.

3. Educational Materials

  • Digital Content: Immediately after purchase, users will receive an email containing access links or download instructions.

  • Physical Materials (if offered): Items will be shipped within 5–7 business days via standard shipping. Tracking information will be provided when available.

4. Delays or Access Issues

If you do not receive your membership confirmation, event link, or educational product access within the stated timeframe, please contact us at admin@crescentderm.org.
