The Crescent Dermatology Association’s Annual Conference, co-chaired by Dr. Neelam Khan and Dr. Mahin Alamgir Rao, brings together dermatologists, trainees, and industry partners for a dynamic day of education, innovation, and meaningful connection in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. Our faculty represents a wide range of subspecialties and perspectives, offering both clinical depth and real-world insight into how dermatology is practiced, taught, and built today.
The program is designed to be immediately practical and future-focused. Dr. Neelam Khan is a dermatologist and Founder of Neely Dermatology & Aesthetics in Washington, DC. She completed her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate and is recognized as a Washingtonian and Castle Connolly Top Doctor.

Lana Kashlan, MD
Dr. Lana Kashlan is a board-certified dermatologist and Founder of Chicago Dermatology and Cosmetic Center. She specializes in cosmetic and medical dermatology, combining advanced injectables, lasers, and skincare with a personalized approach to natural-looking results. She is an international speaker and Key Opinion Leader for Allergan Middle East.

Rania Agha, MD
Dr. Rania Agha is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon specializing in Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and phlebology. She serves as Assistant Clinical Instructor at the University of Illinois Chicago Department of Dermatology and is faculty at Dean Toriumi Facial Plastics.

Noreen Galaria, MD
Dr. Noreen Galaria is a dermatologist fellowship-trained in laser medicine and cosmetic surgery. She graduated first in her class from Jefferson Medical College and has served on the faculty at the University of Rochester and University of Utah. Dr. Galaria provides comprehensive medical and aesthetic dermatology services at Galaria Plastic Surgery and Dermatology in Northern Virginia. She is the CEO & Founder of Inner Glow Vitamins.

Rafey Rehman, MD
Rafey Rehman is a board-certified dermatologist from Detroit, MI. He has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed publications, with research interests spanning surgical ergonomics, dermatologic oncology, and complex medical dermatology. He is committed to research, medical education, and mentoring the next generation of dermatologists, all while delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care.

Faisal Ahmad, MD
Dr. Faisal Ahmad is a dermatology resident at Washington University in St. Louis with interests in general dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and artificial intelligence in dermatology. A graduate of Harvard College and Washington University School of Medicine, he is passionate about advancing innovation and excellence in patient care.

Sadaf Hussain, MD
Dr. Sadaf Hussain is a dermatologist at Boston Children’s Hospital and an Instructor of Dermatology at Harvard Medical School. She completed her residency at Sidney Kimmel Medical College and a fellowship in pediatric dermatology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Aamir Hussain, MD
Dr. Aamir Hussain is a dermatologist practicing adult and pediatric dermatology at Galaria Plastic Surgery and Dermatology in Northern Virginia. He completed his dermatology residency at Georgetown University and has a clinical interest in patch testing for allergic skin reactions.

Aisha Sethi, MD
Dr. Aisha Sethi is a dermatologist at North Suburban Dermatology Associates and Adjunct Associate Professor of Dermatology at Yale University, where she directs the Yale Dermatology Global Health Program. She completed her dermatology residency at Yale, and has a special interest in global health and volunteerism.

Dr. Zein Obagi is a board-certified dermatologist and internationally recognized pioneer in skin health and rejuvenation. Abdul Razzaque Ahmed, MD
Dr. Abdul Razzaque Ahmed is a Professor of Dermatology at Tufts University School of Medicine and Director of the Center for Blistering Diseases. Internationally recognized for his expertise in autoimmune blistering diseases, he pioneered the use of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) and rituximab therapy, transforming the treatment of these complex conditions.

Omar Ibrahimi, MD
Dr. Omar A. Ibrahimi is a Harvard-trained, board-certified dermatologist, fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, and Founder of the Connecticut Skin Institute. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in Mohs surgery, laser technology, cosmetic dermatology, and skin cancer treatment, and is a frequent lecturer on advances in dermatologic care.

Duaa AbdelHameid, MD
Dr. Duaa AbdelHameid is a board-certified dermatologist and Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Virginia Commonwealth University. She specializes in complex medical dermatology. She is passionate about delivering collaborative, patient-centered care for complex skin conditions.

Murad Alam, MD
Dr. Murad Alam is President of the American Academy of Dermatology and Vice Chair of Dermatology and Chief of Cutaneous and Aesthetic Surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. An internationally recognized leader in Mohs surgery, laser, and cosmetic dermatology, he has made significant contributions to dermatologic research, education, and innovation.

Yoseph Dalia, MD
Dr. Yoseph Dalia is a dual board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist practicing in Northern Virginia. A graduate of an accelerated BS/MD and MBA program, he previously served on the faculty at Harvard Medical School. His clinical and research interests include skin of color, dermatopathology, healthcare policy, and innovation in medicine.

Mojahed Shalabi, MD
Dr. Mojahed Shalabi is a board-certified dermatologist and Micrographic Surgery & Dermatologic Oncology Fellow at Baylor University Medical Center. He specializes in Mohs surgery, reconstructive surgery, and cutaneous oncology, with interests in medical education, mentorship, and community outreach.

Dr. Fatima Fahs is a board-certified dermatologist and Founder of Dermy Doc Institute. She specializes in medical dermatology, skincare, and cosmetic science, and is widely recognized for educating millions on evidence-based skincare through social media. She is also the creator of the award-winning Dermy Doc Box.

Nader Aboul-Fettouh, MD
Dr. Nader Aboul-Fettouh is a dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon. He trained in dermatology at UT-Health Science Center and MD Anderson Cancer Center, followed by a fellowship in Mohs surgery and cutaneous oncology at Mayo Clinic. He currently practices at Blue Ribbon Dermatology in Texas.
